"CLOUD" Seeding & Colorado Flood Conspiracies....

Fascinating ! It's just like James Bond... ...a friend sent me this article re: allegations that Colorado floods may have been directly human-induced, the result of Colorado's cloud-seeding program. Colorado's recent massive flooding had a 1 percent and 0.1 percent chance of occurring. While those odds make them rare events, this article points out "why" the floods are NOT the result of seeding...but rather, the result of natural larger-scale weather and climate patterns. But you have to admit, the idea is intriguing!...
